Railmark Foundation is the charitable arm of Railmark Holdings, Inc., which operates railroads and rail-related businesses across the United States and abroad.
Our Purpose

Our History
Since 2004, The Railmark Foundation has served as a vital connector between communities and the railroad industry.
With deep roots in the rail transportation sector through Railmark Holdings, we leverage our industry knowledge and relationships to support causes that preserve history, educate youth, and enhance transportation access for underserved populations.
Our Core Programs
🚆 Historic Rail Preservation
Supporting the restoration and maintenance of historic railroad equipment and infrastructure to keep America’s rail legacy alive.
🚦 Rail Safety Education
Promoting public awareness on railroad safety practices, especially in communities with frequent rail crossings.

Partnering with schools and community groups to introduce students to science, technology, engineering, and math through rail-focused curriculum.
